Epson Meeting Creator

Preparing for a client-facing meeting is of vital importance. With that in mind, the Epson Meeting Creator application has been created to put key marketing resources at the fingertips of Epson’s sales force.

The Meeting Creator’s simple interface makes preparing for a new meeting easy and intuitive. Simply selecting ‘Prepare new meeting’ will allow users to create a custom set of product information, marketing assets and resources to use during a meeting.

The app features:
- Information on Epson’s products, including specifications, presentations, marketing assets and images.
- Ability to search by vertical markets and relevant product categories.
- Ability to call up a list of recommended materials to use in meetings.
- An ‘Update Content’ setting to ensure all materials are in their most up-to-date format.
- Offline functionality means there’s no need for an internet connection once the materials have been prepared.
- Tutorial setting to guide new users through the app’s functions.
